ENROLLMENT PROCESS:

Enrollment is limited to 14 students each summer. Completed registration materials are due by December 15th (registration form, legal consent/agreement & $500 non-refundable deposit).  Once you have been notified of acceptance into the program, full tuition is due by January 15th to confirm your status as a participant. A waiting list will be compiled based on receipt of applications and deposits. If tuition is not received on time, students on the waiting list will be given the opportunity to enroll and submit a deposit. The deposit for waiting list students is due at the time of notification that a slot has opened up. Student tuition for the summer of 2025 is $4,000 US dollars. This figure includes room and board, entry fees for planned museums/activities and transfer to/from Salamanca and the Madrid airport.  It does not include airfare.

Payments can be made by check or via direct deposit, addressed to Destino Salamanca, LLC.  International wires and Zelle payments are also accepted. Wire transfers are subject to a $40 fee to cover banking costs.

*This price is based on the exchange rate between Euro and US Dollar as of September of 2024 and could change if there is a significant change in this exchange rate. 

Included:

• Level test before starting the course.

• Spanish course at Tía Tula Colegio de Español, center accredited by Cervantes Institute.

• All materials specially designed for groups.

• Certificate upon completion.

• Transfer service from Madrid-Barajas airport to Salamanca (round-trip).

• Extra activities and trips previously mentioned or similar ones (depending on budget).

• Welcome dinner in Salamanca.

• Medical and travel insurance.

• Trip to Madrid (round-trip and shared hotel room and graduation dinner).

Not included:

• Airfare.

Refund Policy:

A refund will be given if a request is received by Director Charity McClure, in writing, by February 15th, 2025 minus an administrative fee of $500. No refunds are given for cancellation requests received after this date. Once the program has started, no refunds are granted for early voluntary withdrawal, illness, absences or behavioral dismissals (decisions which are at the sole discretion of Destino Salamanca). In the event that the session is canceled by Destino Salamanca for whatever reason, all fees will be refunded.
